Mr Malcolm Macpherson

Chairman

Mr. Macpherson has broad mining industry experience and built a successful career as Chief Executive of Iluka Resources Limited, growing it from a $50 million market cap in 1978 to a $1 billion company by 2001.

Currently Mr. Macpherson is a director of Minara Resources, Range River Gold and the Canadian listed company Titanium Corporation. He has held several other listed company directorships over the last 15 years and was Chairman of Western Power Corporation. He recently resigned from the board of Portman Limited after the 100% takeover by Cliffs Natural resources.

His strong interest in research and innovation has seen him serve on CSIRO advisory committees and the Murdoch University Senate and currently is Chairman of the Cooperative Research Centre for Sustainable Minerals Processing.

Mr Anthony James Schoer, BBus, FCPA

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Schoer has 25 years experience in the mining and oil and gas industries including direct experience in commodities such as iron ore, coal, gold, manganese, nickel and oil and gas. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Portman Ltd. up until the takeover by Cleveland Cliffs Inc. He previously work for WMC Ltd. and was employed by BHP Co Ltd. for 20 years commencing as a Commercial Trainee, quickly rising through the ranks to senior positions such as Vise President Commercial for BHP Minerals. Tony’s vast experience and expertise now leads Pluton Resources Ltd. in it’s exploration endeavours.

Mr Raymond John Schoer, BA (Admin), FCPA, FAICD, FCIS

Non-executive Director

Mr Schoer was the Chief Executive of the National Companies and Securities Commission (the forerunner to the ASIC) from 1980 to 1990. He was the National Director of ASX from 1990 to 1995. He had also held positions in senior management in the Commonwealth Government, and has served on various government, international and stock exchange committees. He is currently Chairman of Australia Pacific Exchange Ltd, Sydney Gas Ltd, Zelos Resources NL and Rabinov Diversified Property Trust. His other directorships include Ferngrove Vineyards Ltd and QRSciences Ltd.

Mr Schoer was a Director of IOOF Holdings Ltd from 1994 to 2002 and Group Chairman from 2002 to 2005, and Chairman of IOOF Funds Management Ltd from 1999 to 2005.
