Mr Albert Yue-Ling Wong

Non-executive Chairman

Mr Wong is a former stockbroker, corporate adviser and investment banker with over 25 years experience in the finance industry. He was admitted as a Member of the Australian Stock Exchange since 1988 and was the principal of stockbroker Intersuisse Limited until 1995 before establishing the Barton Capital Group of companies including eStar Online, both of which were listed on ASX. Currently, Mr Wong is a Director and majority stakeholder in Tambour Group Limited, an unlisted investment company with an Australian Financial Services Licence. He is also a founding shareholder and Director of Zelos Resources NL. His other directorships include UNSW Foundation Limited (the fund raising arm of The University of New South Wales), Ian Thorpe’s Fountain for Youth Trust, Committee Member of the Messel Endowment Capital Campaign and Life Governor of the Science Foundation for Physics at the University of Sydney. Mr Wong remains a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, Master Stockbroker of the Securities & Derivatives Industry Association and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Anthony James Schoer

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Schoer has 25 years experience in the mining and oil and gas industries, including direct experience in commodities such as iron ore, coal, gold, manganese, nickel and oil and gas. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Portman Ltd. up until the takeover by Cleveland Cliffs Inc. He previously worked for WMC Ltd and was employed by BHP Co Ltd for 20 years commencing as a Commercial Trainee. He held various senior roles including Vice President Commercial for BHP Minerals, and was a member of the BHP Minerals Executive Committee. He represented BHP on several Boards and Ownership Committees. He has operating experience in three countries and has worked on three mine sites. He has also worked in several regional and head offices.

Mr Raymond John Schoer
BA (Admin), FCPA, FAICD, FCIS
Non-executive Director

Mr Schoer was the Chief Executive of the National Companies and Securities Commission (the forerunner to the ASIC) from 1980 to 1990. He was National Director of ASX from 1990 to 1995. He has also held positions in senior management in the Commonwealth Government, and has served on various government, international and stock exchange committees. He is currently Chairman of Australia Pacific Exchange Ltd, Sydney Gas Ltd, Zelos Resources NL and Rabinov Diversified Property Trust. His other directorships include Ferngrove Vineyards Ltd and QRSciences Ltd.
Mr Schoer was a Director of IOOF Holdings Ltd from 1994 to 2002 and Group Chairman from 2002 to 2005, and Chairman of IOOF Funds Management Ltd from 1999 to 2005.

The Hon. Mr Neville Kenneth Wran
AC QC (Hon.) LLD FRSA

Mr Wran is a Queen’s Counsel. He was Premier of New South Wales from 1976 until his resignation in 1986. He is currently Chairman of Wran Partners Pty Ltd, corporate advisers. He is a director of a number of companies including Cabcharge Australia Limited. From 1986 to 1991 he was Chairman of CSIRO. Mr Wran represented Australia as a Member of the Eminent Persons Group (EPG) of APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) from 1993 to 1995. He is a governor of the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce, president of the Trans-Tasman Business Circle and chairman of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and maintains a broad range of community interests.

Mr Arun Kumar Jagatramka
Non-executive Director

Mr Jagatramka is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Gujarat NRE Coke Limited. He is a qualified chartered accountant with all India 1st rank and gold medal and an industrial experience of 10 years in coal and coke production besides a prior experience of more than 15 years in consultancy and merchant banking. Under his leadership, the production capacity of Gujarat NRE Coke Limited has expanded five times in the last eight years to make it the largest non-captive metallurgical coke manufacturer in India as well as the first Indian company to own and operate coal mines in Australia. Mr Jagatramka is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a member of a number of boards, including Rey Resources Ltd, Zelos Resources NL and Chairman of Gujarat NRE Australia Pty Ltd and Gujarat NRE FCGL Pty Ltd.

Dr Alistair Ross Reed

Executive Director

Dr Reed graduated with a PhD in Economic Geology from the University of Western Australia in 1996. He has more than 15 years industry, government and academic experience, covering a diversity of deposit styles and geologic environments in Australasia, Africa and Europe. In 2002, he co-founded Southern Ocean Science Pty Ltd, a Tasmanian based company successful in assisting development and partnering projects in the biotechnology and mineral exploration sectors. Dr Reed specialises in evaluating and prioritising mineral exploration projects and target generation, successfully assisting organisations such as WMC Resources, BHP Minerals, MIM, government, as well as both listed and unlisted junior explorers. He is an exponent of using innovative techniques in mineral exploration, and has produced more than 20 publications relevant to mineral deposits and mineral exploration globally
