Pluton Resources is a public company limited by shares and incorporated in New South Wales. The company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on December 15th, 2006 with the principal aim of increasing shareholder wealth.

Strategy

The Company has adopted a policy of sustained project turnover. That is, it intends to progress projects in a timely manner to a point at which they may be either joint ventured or developed, or otherwise sold or relinquished.

The Company will aim in its own right to develop any small to perhaps medium-sized and/or high-grade deposits. Larger deposits, or those with high development costs, will be taken to ‘proof of concept’ and then joint ventured for the
higher cost phases of exploration.
